Buyers/Consumers beware of maximumvoice's vent providing scheme. Be very wary of how you apply your payments thru PAYPAL. Any change you do to your account (upgrades or downgrades), be SURE to cancel your subscription through PAYPAL first. Otherwise it will continue to deduct payments from your account & forward it to maximumvoice. Once this happens, consider your payments LOST. Maximumvoice has an on-line customer support group that replies to your tickets based on topic & urgency. Your link to your communication with them STOPS THERE. No address, no phone number. It's up to them if they even want to respond to your claim. I discovered these overage charges months later for accounts that I requested to change. Little did i know that they actually cancelled the activity of the previous account & created a new one w/ a NEW BILLING. Since paypal isn't aware of the previous cancellation (because maximumvoice obligates it's customer to do it themselves) you will continue to be billed by the previously closed account.
It's been over a month now & my ticket remains opened w/ NO RESPONSE.
They provide the service YES, but you end up paying more for what you bargained for.
BE WARNED!
