I ordered two coats and a poncho from Countrysupplies.com and was originally impressed with their responsiveness to my requests. However, once I requested a VAT refund as the order was shipping to the USA, it was as if customer service dropped of the face of the earth. They stopped replying to my e-mails. Additionally, I returned one item and no one ever got back to me (in over a month) to tell me if the item was ever recieved. Finally after sending multiple e-mails I contacted my credit card company to obtain a refund. Suddenly the next day they acknowledged that I was "chasing the matter up" and a few days later credited my account. I have purchased items from scores of online retailers but have never had a more negative experience then dealing with countrysupplies.com. They took what should have been a positive transaction and turned it into a negative experience. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with them at all costs.

I had the misfortune to order some stuff from this outfit. The part shipped my order, and left the most expensive item "to follow" it's now four months on and they're still not even responding to my requests for either the item or a refund.
